Disneyland Paris
Eurodisney Paris

Disneyland Paris Resort includes two amusement parks, Disneyland and the Walt Disney Studios, as many as 7 theme hotels with nearly 6000 rooms, a large golf course, two conference centres and the Disney Village recreation area, with restaurants, shops, multiplex and disco.

The Park is subdivided into five theme “towns”: in Main Street Usa you will find yourself in a typically early-20th century American street, with its characteristic houses and coaches and scheduled parades of Disney characters. In Discoveryland, instead, you’ll be surrounded by technological and scientific discoveries, flying crafts inspired by Leonardo and spatial explorers. The following town is Frontierland, in the heart of the American Old West, with its omnipresent stereotypes: mines, gold rush, Pocahontas’ village and boats for a characteristic river cruise. In Adventureland, instead, you can discover Captain Hook’s boat or Jack Sparrow with his gang, and you really can’t miss the Skull Rock on the Adventure Isle or the world of Aladdin. Eventually, there’s Fantasyland, the fairy tales’ heaven, where also adults become children again: you and your little ones won’t resist the charm of Snow White, Pinocchio, the Sleeping Beauty, Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland’s labyrinth and many others.

EURODISNEY HISTORY

In 1992 Disney, which already owned 3 theme parks in the States and Japan, chose the Marne le Valleè as its European “colony” and opened Eurodisney, a theme amusement park inspired by the Walt Disney universe. After some difficulties at the launch stage, the park, renamed Disneyland Paris Resort, grew larger and larger till becoming the biggest European theme park and one of the most popular touristic destinations of Paris.

WALT DISNEY STUDIOS

The second great attraction of Disneyland are the Walt Disney Studios, with an accurate reconstruction of a film studio with the scenes of numerous Disney classics. The visit of the studios is quite long but really interesting.

DISNEY VILLAGE

Shopaholics and those who love entertainment can’t miss the Disney Village, with a big games room, a McDonalds's, diverse cafés and restaurants, theme shops and much more.
